Tattoo Inquiry Submission - Jake Pooler
Thank you for your inquiry for Jake Pooler - Thoughtcrime Tattoo.
Due to the amount of inquiries we receive, We require each individual to fill out the form below to aid with scheduling.
The request will be reviewed on Tuesdays and we will contact you to schedule; not all requests are guaranteed to be scheduled.
Please allow flexibility in the beginning of the week for us to reach out to you.
In order to book an appointment, there is a requirement of a $250 non refundable deposit at the time of booking your consultation which will go towards the cost of your tattoo at the final session.
Deposits can be made through Venmo (@acolytetattoo)
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a 7 day notice, and we can transfer your deposit to a new date. If we do not get a notice within the 7 day time period, you will forfeit your deposit and a new one will be required.
Since each individual is different, each appointment will be different. Pricing will be discussed after the form is completed.
All appointments will be booked for a full day's work, which includes 6-7 hours of tattooing time. Jake’s day rate is $1,200.00/day.
If you are not able to schedule a full day, we can arrange a session for $200 per hour with a $500 minimum. Some pieces do require more than one session, depending on size and placement and other variables specific to each project.
When scheduling an appointment, we may recommend booking multiple appointments since the calendar fills up rather quickly.
We accept cash, card or Venmo (@acolytetattoo) as forms of payment. We do not accept personal checks or payment plans.
