Due to the amount of inquiries we receive, We require each individual to fill out the form below to aid with scheduling.
The request will be reviewed and we will contact you to schedule; not all requests are guaranteed to be scheduled.

Sam specializes in Black and Grey Tattoo work and does not take color tattoo inquiries.

In order to book an appointment, there is a requirement of a $200 non-refundable deposit, which will go towards the cost of your tattoo.
Deposits can be made through Venmo (samdusenberrytattoo)

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a 7-day notice, and we can transfer your deposit to a new date. If we do not get a notice within the 7-day time period, you will forfeit your deposit and a new one will be required.

Since each individual is different, each appointment will be different. Pricing will be discussed after the form is completed.
All appointments will be booked for a full day's work, which includes 6-7 hours of tattooing time.
If you are not able to schedule a full day, we can arrange a session for $175 per hour. Some pieces do require more than one session, depending on size and placement and other variables specific to each project.
When scheduling an appointment, we may recommend booking multiple appointments since the calendar fills up rather quickly.
